Sphagnum moss can be used as cage decoration or as a substrate and is normally used wet to provide high humidity for moisture-loving reptiles, amphibians and invertebrates. Directions: Place the required amount in a container of clean de-chlorinated water for 10 minutes. Remove and squeeze gently to remove excess water.
